NYC Installs WiFi HotSpots in Place of Public Phones

I am please to see NYC taking a big step in making my graduate thesis proposal a reality. Creating a public infrastructure for wireless connections - marvelous!!

My thesis project propose the replace of parking meters with wireless hotspots to create and infrastructure.
